PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidation catalyst for removing fine particulate substance contained in exhaust gas of a diesel engine, an incinerator, a boiler, or other combustion apparatuses, and to provide a removing method of fine particulate substance using the oxidation catalyst.;SOLUTION: The oxidation catalyst provided by the present invention effectively removes fine particulate substances at a low temperature, stably keeps its activity for a thermal load over a long period by its heat resistance, and comparatively stably keeps its activity without being poisoned by sulfide present in an exhaust gas.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
