PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real estate information management system, a real estate information management method, and a real estate information associating program for allowing easy selection of a desired property and smoothly promoting a lease cycle of properties.;SOLUTION: This real estate information management system 10 is provided with a property database 21 constructed of property information about a building, a room, and an owner and associating information, a tenant database 22 constructed of tenant information about a tenant and relocation and associating information, and a real estate information database 31 associating the property information and the tenant information with each other based on the associating information.
