PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain fermented soybean paste flavored mayonnaise having good points of background mayonnaise and fermented soybean paste, and new and very delicious taste through mixing good points of taste of background mayonnaise with good points of taste of fermented soybean paste, suppressed in calorie to be good food for health through mixing fermented soybean paste because mayonnaise has high calorie, to provide mayonnaise fermented soybean paste, and to provide a product obtained by mixing mayonnaise with fermented soybean paste.;SOLUTION: The fermented soybean paste mayonnaise having good points of mayonnaise and fermented soybean paste is obtained by adding 5-95%, preferably 25-65% at a volume ratio, of fermented soybean paste.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
