PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner surface temperature measuring apparatus and an inner surface temperature measuring method, capable of measuring a temperature of an inner surface of an arbitrary portion of piping and a container made of a nonmagnetic material. PSOLUTION: The inner surface temperature measuring apparatus which measures the temperature of an inner surface of a measurement object 1 composed of the piping, the container and the like made of the nonmagnetic material, comprises: an outer attachment 3 which has a first magnet and is disposed on the outer surface side of the measurement object 1; an inner attachment 4 which has a second magnet attachable to the first magnet and is disposed on the inner surface side of the measurement object 1; and a thermocouple 5 disposed at an attaching section of the inner attachment 4.
