PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for decelerating and stopping a motor at service interruption using a smaller capacitance of a capacitor.;SOLUTION: A speed command for decelerating and stopping the motor is given for starting the deceleration from a point lower by several percentages than a speed that is operated, by moving-averaging speed feedback after the service interruption is detected during the service interruption; and when a torque command is given to a power operation side, the torque command is forcibly set to zero.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
