METHOD FOR PREPARING FMEA (FAILURE MODE EFFECT ANALYSIS) SHEET AND AUTOMATIC PREPARATION APPARATUS OF FMEA SHEET

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator who is not experienced in handing of an apparatus to easily prepare an FMEA sheet even from a document of an optional form without requiring much labor. PSOLUTION: A method for preparing an FMEA sheet comprises: a step n1 for entering a plurality of documents; a step n2 for dividing words in each entered document into a plurality of morpheme words by morpheme analysis; a step n3 for calculating co-occurrence frequency among the plurality of morpheme words; a step n4 for generating a co-occurrence frequency network among morpheme words having fixed co-occurrence frequency relation and more among the plurality of morpheme words; a step n5 for grouping the plurality of documents by using the co-occurrence frequency network; a step n6 for extracting the same word as an FMEA word registered in an FMEA word concept dictionary from among respective documents belonging to the same group as an FMEA word to be used for the preparation of the FMEA sheet; and a step n7 for substituting the extracted FMEA word for the FMEA sheet.
