PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a terminal-crosslinkable polyamic acid oligomer giving (1) high glass transition temperature(Tg), especially higher than 300°C, and heat resistance of higher than 500°C in thermal decomposition temperature and (2) toughness after cured, and (3) capable of making itself into a highly concentrated solution.;SOLUTION: The polyamic acid oligomer is obtained by reaction between an aromatic tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride including 2,2',3,3'-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid dianhydride, an aromatic diamine compound and a reactive crosslinking agent having in the molecule an amino group or acid anhydride group and a crosslinkable group.
