MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF DESIGN BASE MATERIAL, CORRECTION PROGRAM OF DESIGN PRINTING DATA AND MANUFACTURING SYSTEM OF DESIGN BASE MATERIAL

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a design base material which has a color tone nearer to the desired pattern and ensures a high stability of an ink by an extensive color-gamut printer using a narrow color-gamut ink without using the system with a new and special printer. PSOLUTION: A color chart is prepared by a printer 115 for extensive color-gamut ink using the narrow color-gamut ink. Colorimetry data 145 of each cell are acquired by carrying out the colorimetry of each cell of the color chart. A gray datum point corresponding to the conditions defined beforehand is extracted from the colorimetry data. Gray balance adjusting data is prepared from the extracted gray datum point. Correction design printing data is prepared by making the gray balance adjusting data reflected into design printing data 130.
