PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swine cell which does not infect human cells with swine endogenous retrovirus (PERV), and to provide a method for preparing the same.;SOLUTION: This swine cell not infecting human cell with PERV has a character such as a swine cell not having an N type sugar chain or a swine cell having an N type sugar chain which does not have a mannose molecule.
