PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damage evaluation device of a metal material due to a high sensitivity magnetic flux densimeter capable of being adapted to an evaluation region on which repeated stress acts, a damage evaluation method of the metal material and a damage evaluation system of the metal material.;SOLUTION: The damage evaluation device of the metal material is equipped with the high sensitivity magnetic flux densimeter capable of measuring the magnetic flux density of a measuring target and an arithmetic processing means to which the magnetic flux density data measured by the high sensitivity magnetic flux densimeter and the repeated number data of the stress acting the evaluation region are together inputted and constituted so that the probe of the high sensitivity magnetic flux densimeter is arranged in opposed relation to the evaluation region in a non-contact state.
