PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide safe and stable goods having detergency, germicide activity and deodorizing activity comprising an aqueous solution of a cleansing agent containing mainly an orange type terpene hydrocarbon, wherein stability is maintained and feeling to hands and skins is mild and good.;SOLUTION: A condensed type cleansing agent composition excellent in detergency, deodorizing activity and germicide activity and further excellent in feeling to hands and skins is obtained by incorporating an organic acid (a hydroxycarboxylic acid) and grape fruit seeds into an aqueous solution wherein a terpene type hydrocarbon (mainly limonene) is previously pre-mixed with a lower monovalent alcohol and a water-soluble surfactant is used as a barrier and solubilizing agent (hydrotrope), followed by adjusting pH to a weak acidic range of 3-6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
