Method and apparatus for aerobic digestion treatment of sludge

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for aerobic digestion process of sludge capable of stably effectively digesting sludge for a long time period by preventing a passage for supplying an oxygen-containing gas from being closed and capable of effectively digesting the sludge by improving digestibility of the sludge, and to provide an apparatus therefor. PSOLUTION: The apparatus for the aerobic digestion process is equipped with an aerobic digestion tank 1, a circulation path 6 for pressure-feeding circulation sludge, a liquid/gas ejector 7 for inducing the humidified oxygen-containing gas by a humidity component-containing gas and mixing with the circulation sludge, and a liquid/liquid ejector 8 for mixing it with the sludge at the post stage, a downpipe 9 for passing through the mixture flow with the downflow, and an ozonation system 31 for reforming the sludge to easy biodegradability one. The circulation sludge is ejected by the liquid/gas ejector 7 from a throat 11 to mix with the oxygen-containing gas. The sludge is passed through the liquid/liquid ejector 8 and the downpipe 9 while effectively dissolving oxygen therewith to perform aerobic digestion. The oxygen-containing gas humidified with the humidity component-containing gas such as an exhaust ozone gas is supplied to an induction chamber 13 from a line 34, thus preventing the induction chamber 13 from being closed by drying and solidification of the sludge.
