PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cooling duct structure of a heat exchanger capable of sufficiently air-cooling the heat exchanger without deteriorating appearance quality of a vehicle.;SOLUTION: The cooling duct structure of the heat exchanger guides traveling wind in the space at the front of a front wheel house 6, and air-cools an intercooler 13 installed in the space, and an opening part 9 is formed at the outside end part of the vehicle of the front side wall 8 of the front wheel house 6.
