PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce signals transmitted/received between a home memory station and an exchange station when a subscriber profile is changed.;SOLUTION: When an exchange station 131 exists in a mobile terminal 110, the subscriber profile is changed in the exchange station 131. When the exchange station where the mobile terminal 110 exists is changed to an exchange station 132, a home memory station 120 gives a request to delete the subscriber profile of the mobile terminal 110 to the exchange station 131. The exchange station 131 checks a flag before the subscriber profile is deleted and checks whether the subscriber profile is changed or not while the mobile terminal 110 exists in the exchange station 131. When it is changed, the subscriber profile is set in a deletion request response signal and the signal is transmitted to the home memory station 120.
