PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for automatically responding to calls that arrived during absence for automatically registering proper setting information in response to the status of the user, wherein the user himself does not need to register (or release) the setting information for an incoming call response to the side of telephone exchange side.;SOLUTION: In the system, an operating condition of an incoming call response associated with the location status of a shop clerk 2 in a shop 1 is set to a database 50, in advance.
