Sheet conveyance failure release mechanism and sheet stacking apparatus

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveying failure releasing mechanism capable of easily performing jam treatment work without requiring an extra space and a large size constitution for the jam treatment.;SOLUTION: The sheet loading device 10 is provided with a horizontal conveying guide part 62 having a movable guide part 62b and a fixed guide part 62a provided adjacent to the movable guide part and approximately horizontally conveying the sheet; a vertical conveying guide 73 for approximately vertically conveying the sheet; and a jam releasing lever 61 for moving the movable guide part 62b from a first position adjacent to the fixed guide part 62a to a second position below the fixed guide part in a horizontal direction and moving the vertical conveying guide part 73 so as to separate it from an opposed guide surface. The jam treatment work can be easily performed utilizing a space in the device without requiring an extra space and the large size constitution for jam treatment following sheet conveying failure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
