PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for a reducing cosmetic, containing at least one reducing agent and at least one photo-oxidizing agent and capable of being used for a first process of a method for permanently reshaping hair, and to provide a method for permanently reshaping a keratin fiber, especially the hair, using the composition.;SOLUTION: This composition for the reducing cosmetic contains at least one reducing agent and at least one photo-oxidizing agent forming a complex together with at least one metal in a cosmetically acceptable medium, wherein the composition is used for the first process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
