PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of a pachinko island base by which preparation before opening a pachinko game parlor is simplified.;SOLUTION: The controller 19 comprises: a heater driving control means for operating a heater 6; a ventilation driving control means for controlling driving of a ventilation fan 17 and the heater driving control means conducted on the basis of values detected by temperature sensors 8a, 8b and a humidity sensor 7; and a first warning generation means for generating a prescribed first warning on the basis of the detected value of a water level sensor 15.
