PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-reinforced vinylic resin excellent in moldability, capable of giving excellent appearance, such as luster, flow marks, appearance of a weld, discoloration of the weld, and colorability, to a molded product, and capable of obtaining the molded product excellent in impact resistance and weathering resistance at a low temperature, etc., to provide a method for producing the resin, and to provide a composition containing the rubber-reinforced vinylic resin.;SOLUTION: This rubber-reinforced vinylic resin is obtained by polymerizing a vinylic monomer in the presence of a rubbery copolymer, wherein the rubbery copolymer is formed out of at least two kinds of rubbers selected from (I) an ethylene-α-olefin-based rubber having a Mooney viscosity of ≥15, (II) an ethylene-octene-based rubber having a Mooney viscosity of 15, and (III) another ethylene-octene-based rubber having a Mooney viscosity of ≥15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
