PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a monitoring center of the current position of a person swimming in the ocean even when transmission power of the center network device is made small in a drowning accident prevention system in which the person who swims in the ocean wears radio equipment (sensor network device) so as to notify the monitoring center of the current position of the person swimming in the ocean. PSOLUTION: Sensor network devices 1A to 1F are attached to caps 2A to 2F worn by respective persons A to F swimming in the ocean. The respective sensor network devices 1A to 1F detect the current position of an own device in each prescribed time and transmit the detected current position to a management terminal 3. However, when the current position can not be directly transmitted to the management terminal 3, the current position is transmitted to the management terminal 3 through another sensor network device 1C near the own sensor network device 1A.
