PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting magnet apparatus to prevent generated magnetic flux from attenuating, to prevent quenching from developing, to obtain high and uniform manufacturing preciseness, and to downsize and lighten the whole apparatus.;SOLUTION: Liquid helium is held in a coolant container 11 wherein a superconducting multilayered complex tubular body 13 is soaked.
