PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase working efficiency of inspection or repair work in a pipe so that the sealing of a sewer can be perfectly carried out by a cut-off wall.;SOLUTION: In the cut-off wall device of the pipe equipped with the cut-off wall 6 formed into such a size that a stream flowing down the lower part of a section of the pipe 2 can be dammed up and having the outer circumferential edge capable of being bound to the inner circumferential surface of the pipe 2 in a water-tight state, a water inlet 7 formed so as to pass through the cut-off wall 6 in both inside and outside directions and a fixed means 8 for binding the outer circumferential edge of the cut-off wall 6 to the inner circumferential surface of the pipe 2, as the fixed means 8, one adding load to the cut-off wall 6 in a plurality of action points making bilateral symmetry seen from the center line in the direction of the width of an inside hollow section of the pipe 2 is adopted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
