PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a collecting pressure for conveying powder and granular material by arranging local separation means for gas on the downstream side of a Coanda nozzle device. ;SOLUTION: A hole or a clearance communicated to the atmosphere is arranged as gas local separation means 13, by which an exhaust ratio to the atmosphere can be freely regulated, on the downstream side of a Coanda nozzle 1. For this purpose, a valve 130 may be arranged in an exhaust path, or a cross section area of the clearance connected to the atmosphere may be freely regulated by allowing movement of a transporting pipe 3 connected to a nozzle pipe 11. In this way, a collecting pressure not below a back pressure can be generated without unnecessarily increasing a pressure inside the transport pipe even when a diameter of the transporting pipe is reduced or when a distance of the transport pipe is increased.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
