PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for enhancing the stability of a ketoamine oxidase, when the ketoamine oxidase contains a metal-containing substance such as ascorbate oxidase.;SOLUTION: This method for enhancing the stability of the ketoamine oxidase is characterized by adding a chelating agent to a reagent containing the ketoamine oxidase and the metal-containing substance. When a glycosylated protein is measured in a clinical examination, the reagent having excellent storage stability can thus be supplied, and the glycosylated protein can accurately and simply be measured at a low cost.
