PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a positive pressure packaging body, and its device, wherein an inert gas replacing rate and a filling internal pressure precision of the positive pressure packaging body can be drastically improved compared with conventional methods. ;SOLUTION: To the head space of a container, a liquid nitrogen or dry ice, being made very fine into a mist-form from a mist feeding nozzle 2 are supplied, and at the same time, a low temperature inert gas at an ultimate terminal temperature or lower is jetted from an inert gas feeding nozzle 3, and they are sealed, and thus, a gas in the head space is replaced with the inert gas, and at the same time, an internal pressure is generated by a vaporizing expansion of a residual liquid nitrogen or dry ice after sealing, and a temperature expansion of the low temperature inert gas.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
