: This invention relates the development of product from lignocellulosic agrowaste from wheat operation for the effective removal of heavy metals such as Pb2+, Cd2+, Hg+2, Co2+, Ni2+, Mn2+, Zn2+, CU2+ and detoxification of Cr(VI), and their removal mechanisms. This has an edge to other conventional methods in virtue of its large availability, very low cost and easy operational process.
