A device for separation of purified neon-helium mixture contains heat exchangers of pre-cooling, a separator, a rectifying column with a collector of pure neon, a nitrogen bath, a collector of liquid nitrogen, a vacuum pump and a diaphragm-type compressor of cooling cycle. In the upper part of the separator, which is located inside the collector of pure neon, at least two sieve trays are located at small distance from each other, the area of each of which is equal to the sectional area of the separator. Space between the trays is filled with layers of grid for absorption of neon from the steam mixture of helium and neon, which is accumulated in the upper part of the separator.
