A spring-type harrow includes a frame with operating tools and a hitch frame installed on carrier wheels and connected to the frame. The carrier wheels are made in the form of wheelpairs and wheels of each of them are located on the opposite ends of a double-armed lever hingedly connected to the hitch frame and installed with orientation along longitudinal axis of the hitch frame.
