We describe the use of DPP IV Inhibitors for the treatment of selected Physiological Functional disorders,So as to reduce the risk of the occurrence of Functional disorders of this type in groups of patients at risk.Additionally, we describe the use of DPP IV inhibitors mentioned in combination with other active ingredients, which can be achieved with improved Treatment results.These uses can be used for the preparation of appropriate medicines.
