The hydraulic system has a tray with a concrete receiver, reinforced with metallic central strand, smooth with a land. The tray lodges an elevation platform in the interior. The platform has two structures, where one is fixed and other is moving, which supports multiple containers from two to four. The structures are driven by means of hydraulic cylinders and absorption forks of lateral stress. A mailbox is located on the surface of the movable structure for storing the waste. The hydraulic system is integrated to an underground container or designed to drive from outside.
