Device and method for the development and modification of interactive devices and applications. The device is characterized in that it comprises: means for automatically collecting a user's body data; an electronic memory for storing the data captured by the collection means; and means for recording in electronic memory, in an orderly manner, the body data captured for its relation to an emotional resu and the procedure, because it comprises a phase of capture and storage by automatic means of the user's body data at the time of said use, in a suitable way to perform a subsequent phase of relating the captured body data with an emotional result. The device and method of the present invention are applicable to products that have an interface with the user.
