The nitric oxide synthase inhibitor is 5-(2,5-disubstituted phenyl)-1-disubstituted-1H-pyrrole-2-N-substituted-carboxamide, which shows biological properties as inhibitors of different isoforms of the nitric oxide synthase enzyme.
