A simpler and more convenient dose measuring method, and a phantom and an X-ray image picking-up device that are used for the dose measuring method are provided for making it possible to measure an irradiating dose of all regions to which X rays are irradiated. When a film type dosimeter is set on a phantom to measure a dose, the dosimeter is disposed in the phantom along a plane including the central axis where the rotation center of a rotating X-ray source is positioned or a plane crossing the central axis. Particularly, at least first and second base members are divided in the phantom along a plane on which the film type dosimeter is provided, and the first and second base members hold and fix the film type dosimeter.
