The invention relates to a constructional component (1), preferably serving as the ground floor, made from reinforced concrete or a frame (21) with a cladding (27), in the form of a self-supporting optionally one-piece component which can be arranged to float on a soft, quick foundation such as gravel or sand. As a result of the stable embodiment of the ground floor (1), the above is resistant to lateral forces (7) and pressure forces (9) exerted from below even when uneven. It is hence possible to subsequently realign a building erected on the ground floor (1) after the ground floor (1) has unevenly settled or heaved.
