The device has a magnetic unit (6) that allows to hold a cabinet part (3) in a position under formation of a closing gap between a cabinet body (2) and a movable cabinet part. Extruded units are released from an engaged locking position in a closing condition of a cabinet (1) through pressing on the movable cabinet part against an opening direction of the cabinet part. The magnetic unit is formed in such a manner that a magnetic part is not in contact with a metallic counter part in a closing condition of the movable cabinet part.
