Examining persons on their suitability as politician, comprises producing a gene-profile with the help of reference populations, ascertaining particular gene-markers selected by comparing the gene-profile of the reference population, sequencing of genes, which can be assigned to the respective gene-markers, to determine their specificity, comparing the gene-profile with the gene-profile of political candidates or of persons, who are capable as political candidates and comparing the results of the above steps with further criteria (like opinion poll) to assure the result of the gene-profile. Independent claims are included for: (1) politicians selected according to the above method; (2) gene markers for determining and selecting politicians, where the gene markers are selected by (i) producing a gene profile with the help of a reference population, (ii) comparing the gene profile of the reference population and determining common or showier regions in the gene-profile and (iii) comparing the gene profile with gene-profile of the other reference populations; (3) human alleles 8 of the micro-satellite human thyroid peroxidase (TPOX) useful as gene marker in the method for examining persons on their suitability as politician; (4) gene sequences, RNA and proteins, which can be correlated with the gene-markers for determining and selecting politicians; (5) human gene sequences of the alleles 8 of the micro-satellite TPOX given in the specification; (6) a test kit, preferably based on enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay for the identification of the proteins for selecting politicians; (7) collecting, observing and evaluating the genotype of the politician and their involvement in political, economical and cultural purposes; (8) a genotype of politician which is utilizable as far as it is economical; (9) constructing and utilization of a data bank with the genetic datas of the politician; (10) predicting election results using the genetic finger print of the voting population; (11) a group of female politicians with an increased frequency of a determined politician type, who are brought together by screening the candidates according to the method for examining persons on their suitability as politician, selecting the female politician of the global type, regional type, character type, idea type or other pre-determined personality profile, and assembling the selected female politician to a party; and (12) plants or animals or other life forms, which are selected by producing a gene-profile with the help of reference population, ascertaining particular gene-markers selected by comparing the gene-profile of the reference population, sequencing of genes, which can be assigned to the respective gene-markers, to determine their specificity, comparing the detected gene-profile with the gene-profile of further plants or animals to identify the suitable biological material for breeding purpose and comparing the results of the above steps with further criteria (like further characteristics) to assure the result of the gene-profile.
