SYSTEM FOR MAKING A WILL USING INTERNET COMMUNICATION AND METHOD THEREOF

A system for making a will by using Internet communication and method thereof are provided to economically make the will by making a completed will and authenticating the will when testators have an accident. A system for making a will by using Internet communication includes a user's terminal(10), an authentication server(30), a central controlling server, and a personal data server. The user's terminal makes a file for the will after being issued a certificate and inputs an online address to want to read the file for the will. The authentication server sends a certificate to the user's terminal. The personal data server sends a data of a notice of death among the user's personal data to the central controlling server. The central controlling server sends the file of the will to the online address by using the data of the notice of death inputted by the personal data server. The central controlling server includes a memory part. The memory part stores the file of the will made by an authenticated user from the authentication server.
