FIREPROOF PAINT COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF USING THEREOF FOR FIREPROOF PAINT

A fireproof paint composition is provided to prevent the spread of fire without generating harmful gases upon firing, contain no toxic materials, and be superior in acid resistance, alkali resistance, pollution resistance, wear resistance, etc. A fireproof paint composition includes 40-90 parts by weight of a silicate mixture, 5-25 parts by weight of a water repellent mixture, 1-10 parts by weight of an acrylic emulsion mixture, 5-25 parts by weight of ion exchanged water, 1-7 parts by weight of a dispersant, and 1-7 parts by weight of a thickener based on 100 parts by weight of a fireproof paint. The silicate mixture comprises 15-50 parts by weight of sodium silicate, 20-50 parts by weight of potassium silicate, 10-60 parts by weight of ion exchanged water, 2-15 parts by weight of an additive, and 5-30 parts by weight of silicic acid emulsion based on 100 parts by weight of the silicate mixture.
