A counter flow type heat exchanger is provided to increase heat exchange area in which air flows therein by forming corrugations on each first and second frame, and mounting a separation plate between the first and second frames for moisture absorption, thereby increasing heat exchange efficiency. A counter flow type heat exchanger comprises a first frame(100), a second frame(200) and a separation plate(300). The first frame comprises a flow path guide(150) having an inlet(130) and an outlet(140) on the left and right sides defined by a plurality of guides(160) forming a flow path by being projected side by side on a front side with predetermined intervals, and a heat exchanger(120) disposed between the flow path guide, allowing heat exchange of the flowing air. The second frame, shaped as a plate, comprises a flow path guide(250) having an inlet(230) and an outlet(240) on the left and right sides defined by a plurality of guides(260) forming a flow path by being projected side by side on a front side corresponding to the first frame with predetermined intervals, and a heat exchanger(220) disposed between the flow path guide, allowing heat exchange between flowing air and the air flowing over the heat exchanger of the first frame, wherein the air flows in a counter direction to the first frame. The separation plate is mounted between the first and second frames, dividing therebetween. The first frame, separation plate, and second frames are laminated in plural numbers consecutively. The heat exchangers of the first and second frames include corrugation in a counter direction to each other.
