ARTIFICIAL TURF FIXING APPARATUS FOR PREPARING GREEN STREETS AROUND THE TREES LINING A STREET AND PROMENADE AND ITS CONSTRUCTING METHOD THEREOF

An artificial turf fixing apparatus for preparing green streets around the trees lining a street and promenade and its constructing method thereof are provided to prevent drying up of underground water and flooding due to heavy rain by reducing the amount of rainfall outflow. An artificial turf fixing apparatus, wherein a base water-permeable layer(3) and a sand layer(4) having a predetermined thickness are provided within a space(2) defined by buried boundary stones(1), and relatively short inner turf and long outer turf are provided thereon, the apparatus comprises a rolling and lifting prevention unit for edges of the artificial turf(7), an unwoven fabric(5), and a fixing and connecting plate(8). The rolling and lifting prevention unit for edges of the artificial turf is secured by a fixing unit on the edges of an artificial turf seat(6) being cut in correspondence with the area of the space, and prevents the edges from being rolled up or lifted above the boundary stones. The unwoven fabric is paved between the sand layer and a bottom of the artificial turf seat, and prevents sands from falling down by rain water or escaping outside the artificial turf seat. The fixing and connecting plate is arranged between the bottom of the artificial turf seat and an upper surface of the unwoven fabric having a predetermined interval, or secured on the bottom of the artificial turf seat by the fixing unit, so as to prevent a part of the artificial turf seat from rolling up on the upper surface of the unwoven fabric and connect and fix each connection part of the artificial turf seat to each other.
