A porous nanocomposite powder, a method for manufacturing the same, and a solid oxide fuel electrode and a fuel cell using the same are provided to show excellence in porosity, homogeneity, electric conductivity and gas permeability together with good performances and reproducibility without a pore-forming agent. A porous nanocomposite powder is manufactured by a method comprising the steps of: 1) dissolving a metal salt in distilled water to be dispersed; 2) adding an organic acid and a polyhydric alcohol to the hydrous solution in which the metal salt is dispersed; 3) adding ceramic powder to the solution prepared in the step 2); 4) heat treatment of the solution prepared in the step 3) to form a resin and carbonize the resin; 5) calcining the carbonized resin; and 6) milling and drying the calcined powder. The porous nanocomposite powder has a particle size of 0.3-0.6 micrometers. Further, a mol rate of the organic acid and the polyhydric alcohol is 1:3~6.
