A system and a method for providing ebb/flow and tide forecasts for marine construction management are provided to understand an ebb/flow and tide state correctly and understand ebb/flow and tide changes needed for marine construction by providing a direction and a speed of the ebb/flow and the tide periodically based on ebb/flow forecasting data and tide forecasting data. A data server(110) stores information for a tide level of ebb/flow and a direction/speed of a tide according to marine measurement time. A marine information server(120) periodically provides the tide level of the ebb/flow and the direction/speed of the tide for marine construction management to a user through the network(200) by using the information stored in the data server. The marine information server includes a tide level forecasting module(122) providing ebb/flow forecasting information, a tide forecasting module(124) providing tide forecasting information, and a construction time searching module(126) searching the optimum time of marine construction by receiving the tide level and tide data from a user(300).
