BATTERY PROTECTION CIRCUIT

A battery protection circuit is provided to protect a battery and a user at a high temperature by blocking power supply and preventing expansion of the battery in a temperature rise. One terminal of a PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) thermistor is connected to a positive terminal of a battery cell. The other terminal of the PTC thermistor is connected to one terminal of an NTC(Negative Temperature Coefficient) thermistor and a gate terminal of an FET(Field Effect Transistor). The other terminal of the NTC and a drain terminal of the FET are connected to a negative terminal of the battery cell. A source terminal of the FET is connected to a circuit of a negative output stage of a protection circuit.
