A system and a method for always providing a game event in an Internet cafe are provided to offer a prize to customers in the offline network, and process expenses automatically which are used for providing mileage or the prize by progressing a mission event all day, assigning the mileage according to a mission event result, accumulating/managing the mileage or participation points of the customers, and converting the mileage into another mileage. A client unit(200) of a plurality of Internet cafes is equipped with a management system or program for integrally managing a plurality of PCs(220~223). A service unit(100) includes a link server(110) for always providing a game or an event to the PCs connected through the management system or program by linking with a game server(310), a web server(130) for registering/authenticating a member and providing a website, and a database server(120). The database accumulates mileage provided according to a result of a game or event mission by linking with the mileage provided from the client unit, and settles the provided mileage with the mileage deposited from each Internet cafe. A link unit(300) includes the game server, a VAN(Value Added Network) server(330), and a bank server(340).
