A base structure of a tower crane is provided to prevent generation of waste material by re-installing steel frames disassembled from another place. A base structure(2) of a tower crane includes base plates(110), a first steel frame member, a second steel frame member(150), tension bars(130), and a bracing(140). The base plates are fixed on a concrete ground by an anchor bolt(10). The first steel frame member is coupled two opposite base plates having a predetermined height from the concrete ground. The second steel frame member is same in shape with the first steel frame member and is orthogonal with the first steel frame member. The tension bars connect the first steel and steel frame members with one another. The bracing connects the first steel and steel frame members with one another above the tension bars.
