Simultaneous Power Generation of Small Hydropower and Wind Power

An apparatus for generating small hydro power and wind power is provided to employ six blades with a predetermined angle of 60 degrees so that torque is increased. A watermill blade, a watermill fixing cylinder, a windmill blade, a wind rotation cylinder, and a horizontal rotational plate(5) are connected to each other. A groove is formed in upper and lower diameters of a central rotation shaft(2), and a bearing is inserted into the groove. The central rotation shaft and a central rotation shaft support(1) are connected to each other such that the central rotation shaft freely moves in relation to the central rotation shaft support. A column of the central rotation shaft is fixed to a floating boat(8). A hydraulic device is mounted on the floating boat, so that the central shaft support moves up and down.
