Two cytochrome P450 genes are provided to be usefully used for a seed industry by engaging in length extension and seed productivity, to increase agriculture productivity and to be used for development and supply of excellent seed species. The CYP78A6 protein is originated from an arabidopsis thaliana consisting of an amino acid sequence indicated as a sequence number 2. The arabidopsis thaliana engages in early-aging of plant and increment of number of the seed. The CYP78A6 protein is coded from the two cytochrome P450 genes.
