A structure for connecting a circuit board and a lead frame of a voltage regulator for a vehicle generator is provided to considerably improve productivity through automation and maximize process quality. One end of a lead strip(310) having a bent portion is bonded to conductor pad of a circuit board(30) and the other end of the lead strip(310) is bonded to a lead frame(150) to electrically connect the circuit board(30) and the lead frame(150). The lead strip(310) includes the first connection part with a hole at one side thereof and bonded by soldering to the conductor pad of the circuit board(30), the bent portion extending from the first connection part, and the second connection part extending from the bent portion and bonded to the lead frame(150) so as to be electrified.
