A method and a system for registering/managing members by assigning stock dividend or franchising benefit, and an online transaction system using the members are provided to register/manage the online transaction members by registering stock dividend members having the stock dividend benefit and general members capable of buying goods at a low price. A receiving module(110) receives member information from a member client terminal(300) or a manager computer of a member registering/managing server. An authenticating module(120) authenticates qualification by extracting qualification information from the member information. A registration fee managing module(130) checks payment of a registration fee. A member registering module(140) classifies the authenticated members into a personal and enterprise member. The member registering module registers the personal member as the member having the stock dividend benefit or a franchise operation right, or the general member capable of buying the goods at a low price. A member database(150) stores the information of the personal and enterprise members.
