Cross Road Integrating Administration System

摘要

A crossroad integrated control system is provided to detect vehicles violating traffic regulations and accident vehicles at a crossroad and detect accident cause of the accident vehicle. A signal controller(2) controls a signal of a traffic light(1) installed in a crossroad. A loop detector(3) detects a traveling vehicle by the signal control of the signal controller. A sound detecting member(4) detects the sound generated around a circumference of the crossroad. A digital camera(5) takes a photograph of a license plate of a vehicle violating traffic regulations, and an analog camera(6) takes a photograph of a vehicle traveling abnormally at the crossroad region. A detection unit(10) verifies vehicle detection of the loop detector and the digital and analog cameras according to a signal control state of the signal controller. An accident recording unit(20) is connected to the detection unit to record the signal violation and traffic accident. A storage unit(7) stores the accident history recorded by the accident recording unit, and a communication unit(8) transmits the accident history to an external system.
